Ballistic Helmets

The United Shield range of ballistic helmets gives wearers very high fragmentation protection, and are lighter weight than comparable products, while the latest internal harness design gives superior comfort.

Ballistic Shields

The United Shield range of ballistic shields incorporates the latest materials technology, and handle systems that have been ergonomically developed over a number of years. They offer a high level of ballistic protection and are available in a range of sizes.

Body Armour

United Shield designs and manufactures a wide range of body armour, including covert and overt anti-stab vests, and high velocity bullet proof vests. Customers include the military, special forces, police, emergency services and civilians.

Ballistic Plates

United Shield manufactures a comprehensive range of high velocity resistant aramid backed ceramic plates, and UHMWPE polyethylene plates, the choice of system being dependent upon the level of protection required.

EOD/IEDD Equipment

United Shield's management team have more than seventy five years combined experience and expertise in the design, manufacture and supply of EOD and IEDD equipment and programmes, and close relationships with all the leading manufacturers in the industry.

and Demining

United Shield is a world leader in the design and manufacture of personal protective equipment (PPE) for deminers and persons undertaking mine detection and clearance work. All its products are designed to protect against the four threats from anti-personnel mines of overpressure, fragmentation, impact and heat/flame.
